We aim to provide the best service and customer satisfaction. Customers can cancel their order within 12–24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
If a product is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof, including supporting photos and order details.
Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Once the returned item is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or store credit.
Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
